INTRODUCTION

Hindusthan Security & Departments is 14 yours old Security Agency with 14 years of wide experience in the field of security and providing manpower. It has been established on 04 April 2001 at Gandhinagar under guidance and patronisation of very senior Police Officer.

Mr. Ramsinhji Vanzara is Managing Director and Foundation owner of the Agency. He is highly experienced in the field of security. He is result oriented and very effective person with high qualification in this field.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF AGENCY. (PARTNER)

Sub. Major Shri Hargovind Bhagwandas Vaghela ( Ex-Army) Technical Director of Agency, He is Ex-Army with Large of experience in the field

of security at National Level and Man Management. He is efficient and capable of handling multifunction's in this field.

OUR STRENTH.

Till today our agency has provided more than 2500 (two thousand five hundred) Guards and Man Power to various offices/institutions/organisation and clients and esteemed employer. Our security guards are Ex-Army, Navy, Air force, CRPF, BSF, SRP, ITBP, and well trained civilians.

TRAINING.

Our security guards are very well trained and disciplines. Our agency conducts security training periodically for our guards which cover Latest security aspects physical Fitness, Discipline aspects and knowledge of latest Security equipments.

UNIFORMS.

Our security guards are well turned out with Hindusthan security uniform of black color with black barret, badges, title shoulders name plates, line yards, formation sign, Belt and high qualities shoes.

GENERAL CHARTER OF DUTIES FOR OUR SECURITY GUARDS/STAFF.

Screening and recording the details of every visitor:
Issuing of entrance passes to the visitors and escorting them to the proper office and keeping strict watch on their movements as per the policy of the management/organisation.
Checking and keeping proper record of all INCOMING and OUTGOING material with gate passes and challans and keep stric vigil so that no theft occurs.
Checking/controlling/searching of all workers and staff as per the policy of the management/organisation.
Provide protection against strikes and labour unrest.
Fire preventive and fire fighting arrangements and maintenance of firefighting equipment on charge of the Factory/Organisation and to inform and assist the fire-brigade personnel in the emergency (our staff is trained to cope up with small contingencies.) & assist in putting off the Fire.
Surprise Security checks of the Security Guards by H.S.D. Executives during day & night on working & nonworking days.
Submitting daily log of security matters to the management.
Preventing misuse of water, electricity and transport.
Checking of stores/surprise checks (if desired by the management)
Duty allocation of all security staff.
To check any pilferages/theft.
To introduce and implement anti-theft measures.
To submit the intelligences report of unions / trade unions.
Liaison with the civil police and other authorities.
Any other task allotted by organization in the interest of security of premises.
OTHERS SERVIES :
During strikes and periods of labour unrest, extra GUARDS are provided at short notice in addition to the strength already posted. Body Guards and intelligence men can also be provided at the

residence of Directors and other vulnerable points with the view to avoid any attempt of assault or sabotage.
Undercover agents can be provided to study delete or investigate any malafide habits or activities of suspected persons.
To guards against sabotage and terrorist activities.

We have well trained, experienced and devoted executives consisting Ex-service officers. We provide special staff for the strike period at special rates, also take the responsibility if the staff is deployed as per our survey Report.
We also provide lady searchers/Guards armed guards, peons, attendants liftmen, sweepers etc.
SERVICE PERIOD: Our services are offered for a period of one year, for the first instance extendable on one month's notice on either side from revocation/termination. We undertake not to withdraw

our staff during the notice period, further we agree, that you shall reserve the right of immediate withdrawal on payment of one month's charges in lieu of notice period.

PAYMENTS :

Our agency follows all Government rules & regulations for making payments to our Guards. Our Guards are

happy & satisfied with the payments made by us. we ensure regularity in bank payments only.
